CX Data-Driven Initiatives

• Work with IT Team on the integration of CX-related data sources and development of the dashboards for CX metrics monitoring by management and staff
• Coordinate and consolidate reports of customer experience across various touchpoints, and service metrics from omnichannel data points
• Conduct regular review of metrics to ensure they are relevant as business operations evolve, and metrics are captured at key `Moments of Truth’ for identified customer segments
• Track performance trends and monitor effectiveness of various interventions, monitor service level standards, and promptly highlight areas that require resolution

CX Forums, Administrative Duties & Others

• Plan, coordinate and organise meetings with internal stakeholders on CX discussions

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key stakeholders for global and local vendors.
• Source, evaluate, and select vendors for container terminal and port marine services procurement via RFQs, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to sustainability procurement guidelines.
• Conduct total cost analysis, monitor rebates, discounts, volume, and trend reporting, as well as budgeting.
• Analyze business performance to provide insightful data for effective decision-making.
• Monitor procurement KPIs for agency performance, collaborating with agencies to achieve and improve these KPIs.
• Engage with vendors and agencies to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Manage vendor agreements and liaise with internal teams (operations, marine insurance, legal, trade, network) for contract reviews.
• Actively participate in projects, including preparation of presentation materials.
• Identify cost anomalies and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement costs.
• Develop and introduce dashboards for cost visualization to aid in decision-making.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a shipping line environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience in compliance and sustainability procurement.

• First contact for applicants, answer phone calls and reply email queries.
• Assist in admissions and discharge processes.
• Keep proper records of resident’s / client’s file, ensure completion of forms and data are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct financial Means Test and determine the subsidy quantum.
• Liaise with resident’s / client’s NOK or guarantor regarding subsidy, billing, and charges.
• Update ILTC portal on required information.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports.
• Debt management, remind clients on due payments and outstanding balance.
• Contribute and ensure that the department meet its KPIs.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience in project management, specifically in diaphragm wall construction.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards, and diaphragm wall construction techniques.
