The Position

The Regional Strategic Account Manager Poultry (RSAM) is responsible for growing and managing business relationship with our strategic customers across the ROPU. The Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities. He / She is required to identify new business opportunities to better meet the needs of existing markets and bring benefits to the organisation.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Formulate business development strategy and in-charge of the entire business development process

2. Develop new networking collaboration channels in assigned territories, market, channels, both online/offline

3. Plan and organise all business development & marketing activities

4. Prepare and deliver pitches to external parties like clients, partners and/or potential investors.

5. To find opportunity to open other market, platform or overseas businesses

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities, address customers' enquiries, sales order processing, initialing of quotations.
• Seek lead contacts from various sources and perform marketing/cold-call.
• Perform support to Sales Admin and Marketing function.

• Provide inside sales support to internal department to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Follow-up with site visit, order coordination and payment collection.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent work experience in corporate or business development role within the hotel industry.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook is a must. Prior knowledge of any CRM system, e.g. Opera, Delphi, will be an asset.
• Flair for in-person or virtual presentations; keen eye for details; customer-focused and creative problem-solving attitude.
• Proactive and goal-getter attitude with ability to build lasting business partnerships.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and ongoing projects.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management will be ideal.
