About the Team

Our Risk Management Product Team is dedicated to developing advanced solutions to optimise risk monitoring and management for our trading platforms. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Risk Management application. LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support our on-site project team in delivering effective and efficient services for a large-scale construction project. This role is crucial in ensuring safety compliance and overseeing Health & Safety (HSE) systems on the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Inspections: Conduct daily walks around the project site to inspect safety protocols across all floors.

Team Summary

The Regional Acceptance Solutions, Sales team is responsible for growing the acceptance and usage of Visa Acceptance Platform throughout the Asia Pacific (AP) region. The team is responsible for targeting acquirers and payment service providers as well as other companies accepting or facilitating payments to add them to our growing client portfolio. This role requires someone with broad range of skillset relating to project management with sales acumen ensuring pipeline and revenue tracking to achieve our goals. This role will be responsible for managing card present pipeline, keeping track of projects across the region to deliver on the pipeline, leading specific regional card present projects as well as driving technology partner capability roadmaps to enhance our value proposition. Key areas of responsibility includes -

Client Delivery

• As a Project Manager work closely with Sales Engineers/Client Implementation Specialists to manage new card present implementations and RFP support.
• Own full responsibility of end-to-end project plan, delivery from Ideation to go live.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specialisations in certain industry verticals and a ready book of business

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and prepare monthly reports including monthly financial statements, cash flow statements and management reporting

Main Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.

•       The incumbent will be one of the team members to support the preparation and submission of MAS regulatory reports.

Strategy and Planning

The Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for sustaining and driving the digital marketing plans for Raffles Hotel Singapore and its business units including platforms such as Luxury Consortias, Online Travel Agents (OTA) and Global Distribution System (GDS) as well as provide timely update on hotel developments to all relevant partners.  The role also encompasses the management of all hotel websites, social media channels, hotel online reputation tools as well as to manage the hotel’s influencer engagement programme.

Drives Digital Marketing Plans For Hotel

• Assists to strategise and execute the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan.
• Ensures high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics.

Management Of Websites And Microsites

Develop Marketing Plans For Luxury Consortias, OTAS And GDS

• Works hand in hand with Revenue Management on management of OTAs communications.
• Oversees collaborations and maximises marketing opportunities with Luxury Consortias, ensuring accurate and timely communications onto platforms.

Drives Social Media Awareness

• Manages, supervises and/or create content for all of the hotel’s social media platforms and drive engagement.
• Management of social media agencies to ensure optimisation of content engagement. 
• Develops a social media influencer programme for all areas of the hotel.
• Identifies potential social media influencers and executes programme to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.

Manages Hotel’s Online Reputation 

• Oversees online reputation management through reviewing responses for hotel across multiple platforms in a timely manner.

• Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support hotel’s operations and business objectives.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you lead the growth and development digital marketing vision and strategy to secure COS Online growth and amplify our digital presence in SEA + HKTW. In this role, you create an alignment between commercial and inspirational brand experiences at every digital touch point, driving results to optimise sales, consumer engagement, brand awareness, acquisition and retention

What you will do:

• Lead the development of the in-market Digital Marketing plans aligned with Regional and Global strategy covering key and new online markets.
• Responsible for driving and converting traffic to cosstores.com and Marketplace – Zalora in SEA + HK TW
• Drive customer acquisition and retention programme across all channels in alignment with the brand​
• Collaborate within the Regional Digital Marketing Team, creating an efficient—and informative--workflow towards the set long--and short--term goals and overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic, conversion and revenue​
• Work with External Agencies, e-Commerce Enabler and Global Site team to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data​

As a Digital Experience Manager, will be the expert in experience optimization, leading the functions of site content, online visual merchandising, digital copywriting and customer insight/behaviour analytics for COS online stores in SEA +HKTW. You will focus on the constant optimization/enhance of customer journey on sites, and make sure COS Brand ID and all detailed product information is well delivered to the customers.  

You will also be responsible for customer behaviour study by data analytics. 

What you will do: 

• Responsible for curating the digital experience of COS.com for the Southeast Asian markets, in addition to the Zalora SEA + HKTW marketplace. 

• Understand the product and marketing focuses from the Global and local Merchandising and Marketing Team, and lead DX team in seamlessly translating these insights into our website including but not limited to site content, visual communication and product presentation, thereby optimizing online selling. 

• Ensure that the COS e-commerce platform stays in line with COS aesthetics, visually balance the collection of products based on commerciality, branding, and seasonal trends 

• Constantly improve/optimize the online visual experience and drive the relevant KPI based on site performance data and customer behaviour 

• Understand the online customer’s expectations through behaviour & data analysis, and plan for the constant improvement of UX/website functionality by working closely with IT Team. 

• Build up both short-term and long-term strategies for A/B testing, personalization and other digital projects that are associated with the goals of customer acquisition and retention 

• Collaborate within your E-Commerce team to establish a customer journey that drives profitable E-Commerce selling towards the set targets and goals

In this role, you lead the E-Commerce Team to ensure the runs in the most efficient way. You conduct the strategic planning and all operational as well as commercial activities. 

What you will do: 

• Responsible for defining and developing COS digital sales strategy for your market in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and the COS brand vision 

• Enhance the online store customer experience in your market, to increase selling and online growth 

• Collaborate within the E-commerce team, creating an efficient and informative workflow towards the set long and short term goals 

• Collaborate with global and regional ecommerce team to align selling, content and customer experience strategy 

• Work with merchandising and logistic team to secure fulfilment and shipping 

• Analyse selling reports, budget and other available tools to make right business decision to meet selling targets 

• Develop, execute and follow up with the ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth
