岗位职责：

1、 销售订单审核及处理；

2、 兼职出纳，现金支票收款，现金报销，客户回款核销；

3、 客户退换货、客户投诉等售后工作接收、处理、与质量部门跟进处理反馈，并统计相关数据报告；

4、 协助系统数据的及时更新，汇报相关数据进展。

1、Sales order review and processing;

2、 Part-time cashier duties, including handling cash and check payments, processing cash reimbursements, and verifying customer payments;

3、 Receiving and managing after-sales tasks such as customer returns, exchanges, and complaints, coordinating with the quality department for follow-up and feedback, and compiling related statistical reports;

4、 Assisting with timely updates of system data and reporting progress on relevant data.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties

· Greet customers and answer all customers’ enquiries

· Perform for scheduling appointment calendar and sending reminders appointments to customer

· Generating and compiling of daily sales reports

· Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties

· Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.

Requirements

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

· Preferably with experience. No Experience are welcome as training will be provided.

• Team Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a team, supporting fellow crew members during busy shifts, and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Upselling: Encouraging customers to try additional menu items, appetisers, desserts, or drinks to enhance their dining experience and increase sales.

• Non-executive specialised in F&B services or equivalent.
• No experience needed; training will be provided.

• Report directly to the Duty Manager, the Guest Service Agent is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the reception whilst on duty. 
• The Guest Service Agent is also to ensure that guests and visitors are made to feel comfortable and welcome “at home” on arriving and departing the Hotel.
• Responsible for the supervision of driveway and daily operation and to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.
• Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail, and messages).
• Identify the person to whom he/she is speaking, and the subject of the request, and direct the guest accordingly.
• Provide general information to customers and guests in a good and helpful manner.
• Identify ways of increasing the Hotel’s overall profitability within the section.
• Know how to explain the hotel and network pricing policy to guests.
• Know how to present the sales pitch for the various network products and hotel services.
• Systematically offer the hotel’s services to guests upon their arrival.
