Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in laws (or equivalent) and admitted as a lawyer in Singapore.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant legal working experience. Experience working in the real estate industry on cross border matters and working with an international multi-national company would be an advantage.
• Experience with projects in Indonesia, Vietnam or India and/or ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese would be an advantage.

As a Global Facilities Quality Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with all the major functional organizations within Global Facilities, & with the world-wide site Facilities, Global Quality and other major corporate organizations to drive Quality systems projects/programs from initiation to completion.
