Job Description:
- Manage full set accounts for the business and Japan holding company’s needs

The National University Health System Virtual Care Centre (NUHS VCC) is an initiative where trained personnel provides tele-triage to patients and/or their caregivers. VCC will either provide advice and resolve the clinical question or escalate to the VCC clinician where appropriate. • Collaborate with the Team Lead to engage the Business Units on a regular basis to resolve BAU issues, improve processes and cooperation between Credit Ops and the Business Units.

Supervision and Safety:

• Fetching students from nearby schools and bus-stop safely.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Monitor activities and provide appropriate guidance.

Academic & Holistic Support:

• Provide guidance on daily school homework, assignments and spellings.
• Provide students with additional support in Mathematics and Science.
• Conduct enrichment programmes for primary school students according to our syllabus that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Encourage a love for learning.

Behaviour Management:

• Foster positive behavior and social skills through clear expectations and consistent reinforcement.
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment where students can learn and develop their social skills.
• Serve as an inspiring role model and engage students in meaningful conversations.

Communication:

• Maintain professional and regular communication with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns.

Program Development:

• Design and implement engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and teamwork, including arts and crafts, sports, and educational games.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress reports.

Others:

• Ensure that the centre's facilities and materials are well-maintained.
• Sanitise and maintain good classroom hygiene and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Singapore Citizen and PR only.
• Minimum GCE 'A' levels or Polytechnic Diploma in any field.
• Familiar with MOE school syllabus.
• Experience working with students in a classroom setting.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
