As a Patient Service Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Manage appointment bookings and schedule changes.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
