What is your mission?

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Possesses strong time management skills and is motivated to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
• Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation).
• Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.

1. Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs
2. Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to assure responsiveness
3. Assist customers in checking-in and out of their vehicles from the workshop
4. Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
5. Follow-up and ensure overall customer satisfaction with the work performed
6. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload, meet deadlines and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
7. Always ensure to fulfill the task assigned by management
8. Achieve high service level through various action plans constantly
9. Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements

• Singaporeans only. Preferably with work experience in automotive industry
• Minimum Diploma
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer centric mindset and problem solving ability
• Computer savvy (MS Office, CRM system)
• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in leading a team of customer service and general administration team in a similar trade (automotive/logistics/industrial)
• Willing to work Mondays to Fridays 08:30AM - 05:30PM and alternate Saturdays 08:30AM - 12:30PM

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Air Export Customer Service team. The role involves coordinating with clients, handling bookings, and managing export documentation in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support to assigned customers and overseas agents for sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air exports.
• Arrange air export bookings with airlines or co-loader agents.
• Handle billing processes, verify invoices, and manage rate disputes.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers, sales teams, overseas agents, and operations teams.
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Perform any additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in the air freight industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
