Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule

Position Summary:

The Workload Automation & Scheduling group is responsible for engineering and support of the Workload Automation IT infrastructure for Visa Inc. and VisaNet via Vendor Tools and Homegrown Web Application Utilities. The Job:

• Attends and administers to all after-sales services over WhatsApp, emails and incoming calls. Verifies truck status and co-ordinate with workshop in-charge to dispatch jobs to technicians and update status to customers.
