Job Description

• Make calls to prospective / new customers from sources provided
• Calling from available database of existing clients or new clients with interest
• Attend to customer enquiries
• Identify and assess customer’s needs
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/SMSs
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback
• Generation of daily report
• Liaison with Branch Managers on turn ups

Job Requirements

• Candidates with experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry are preferred.
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking employees.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provides quotation and negotiation.

Description

Based out of Singapore, you will be part of a professional and dynamic operational team, responsible for the day-to-day support of Apple’s Enterprise Network infrastructure. We are rapidly growing and building the fastest and most reliable enterprise network that is needed for Apple’s immense scale and unique requirements. You will be working in a fast-paced environment while developing critical operational expertise to support an infrastructure environment that is stable and available to employees in our APAC offices and call centers. Possessing strong interpersonal skills, you are expected to work with many other cross-functional groups and vendors. You will need to obsess over the customer experience and drive operational excellence in everything that they do. The position requires extensive knowledge of network operations and designs, will partake in essential network augments, as well as assisting in new deployments to help Apple scale its product and service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of network operations and support experience.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP (both IPv4/IPv6).
• Experience and knowledge of configuring ACL (Access Control List) is required.
• Knowledge & experience in networking technologies such as Ethernet, MPLS, IPSec, VLANs, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, Multicast, VPNs, VoIP, VxLAN, SD-WAN, and Structured Cabling etc.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, and/or Palo Alto network platforms.
• Knowledge and experience with network monitoring and management.
• Scripting knowledge using Python and using Ansible tool are highly regarded.
• Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player.
• Strong communication skills required to engage both local and global teams.
• Experienced in building relationship, fostering trust and engaging various teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree (BA or BS) or relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage VMware and other vCenter environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain Meraki switches and access points, as well as Fortigate firewalls, ensuring network security and efficiency.
• Administer Windows servers, including MS-SQL and IIS servers to support development projects and assist with creating queries and reports.
• Support and maintain Windows workstations and laptops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Implement and manage backup/recovery solutions, along with comprehensive disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and operations.
• Collaborate with HQ to align with corporate IT standards, including maintaining and updating ISO documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Able to start within short notice is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of VMware and vCenter environments.
• Proficient in SQL and IIS server management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows servers and workstations.
• Familiar with Meraki and Fortigate products.
• Experience in office 365 installation and configuration.
