Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new optic / illumination components/system
• Resolve optical / illumination issues.
• Identify necessary and desirable improvements of vision optical system performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Optics Engineering / Physics/Photonics etc
• Experience with optical design software, optical alignment and optical testing preferred.
• Experience in 2D drawing preferred
• Knowledge and experience in high magnification optics and LED illumination with added advantage.
• Familiar with lenses, specification, design trade offs, basic optics modeling techniques, light measurement equipment and techniques are desired
• Candidates must be able to be independent with minimal supervision
• Candidates have experience in optics field with different background can be considered

The Microsoft 365 Messaging Engineer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 within the Client’s organization. He/She works with a team of engineers on the operation of the Microsoft 365 systems, responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 systems ensuring operational high availability.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Work with the Team Lead and the group of Microsoft 365 engineers to design and deploy new Microsoft 365 solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Co-pilot among others to improve ways of working in the organization.
• Perform daily health checks of Microsoft 365 using various type of devices such as BYOD, PED devices
• Provide technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolve system/application issues.
• Provide technical answers & advice to technical queries escalated from the helpdesk or users
• Work within the Microsoft 365 team to learn, discover and equip with the latest Microsoft 365 service offerings & product knowledge
• Explore ways to adopt or adapt Microsoft’s new Microsoft 365 offerings, such as the Power Platform, based on Client’s business requirements
• Keen to explore Microsoft 365 services/offerings by setting up and test the new services in the Client’s test Microsoft 365 Tenant environment
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting of the main Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams Online Messaging Infrastructures
• Support Directory synchronization support between on-premise AD and Microsoft Entra
• Provide Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Mobile Application Management (MAM) Support
• Act on Microsoft 365 service outages by keeping the Client informed and ensuring optimal SLA results.
• Work with other technical teams including Client’s network & Firewall team, as necessary, to ensure a secure, optimal connectivities to Microsoft 365 Cloud
• Creating and maintaining clear and concise technical documentation

Knowledge/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration
• Up to date knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Ability to configure Microsoft 365 to manage processes and configurations to Client’s requirements
• Able to present Microsoft 365 complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience, with the ability to provide the appropriate level of detail.
• Able to work in a team
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• A team player and able to work effectively in a group and with Client

Responsibilities:

• Ability to resolve machining problems appearing on parts by analyzing the regular test cuts usually provided with the maintenance literature
• Ability to resolve maintenance tasks of the complex nature without technical assistance
• Ability to resolve application problems of a normal complexity by occasionally seeking the assistance from an experienced application engineer
• Ability to recommend solutions to customer problem situations
• Ability to complete the training of an operator at the installation of an milling product. May be called to give a preventive maintenance training class for customers
• May supervise a less experienced service on a task related to the preventive maintenance, repair and/or installation of and milling product
• Ability to perform an on site audit of an miling product. Occasionally may be called upon to repair equipment's on which no training has been received
• May be called on to support a customer sale
• Customer call back for every service intervention

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical
