• Be familiar with the use of the IBMS/BMS system, computerized maintenance management system, e-PTW system.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposal for ad-hoc works.
  Prepare incident report when required, utilities report, M&E reports for KPI meeting, etc.
• Attend monthly KPI meeting with Client
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors or Client

About You:

• Degree or Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facility management, plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV related working experience
