Job Responsibilities

• Perform Lead Engineer's Role for Rotating Equipment/Packages on Offshore Projects
• Responsible for the design and selection of speciality rotating equipment on EPC projects like Process gas Compressors, Gas Turbines, Sea Water Injection Pumps, etc. through the various engineering work phases (i.e. Feasibility studies, conceptual design, FEED studies, and detailed engineering for Offshore,FPSO and LNG Projects)

• Participates HAZID, HAZOP, Model Review studies for packages, coordinates and close out Mechanical related issues
• Performs vendor document and design reviews for speciality rotating equipment and packages

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University with minimum 20 years of relevant experience
• Possess relevant experience working on EPC projects with reputed International clients with minimum 2 Offshore Projects worked as Lead Engineer
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of Offshore Project experience (Well Head, Fixed Platforms and FPSO) is preferred
• Shall be well conversant with International Industry Codes such as ASME, API etc
• Should possess coordination / communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English language
• Experience with Norsok Requirements and UKCS regulations will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Order taking and serving customers, maintain good customer service at all times

• Prepare and produce bakes, follow standard operation procedures/ recipes given to ensure quality and consistency in the final products

• Fulfill and pack orders in a timely and accurate manner

• Stock-take of ingredients inventory and maintain sufficient inventory levels

• Assist in R&D of seasonal bakes

• Prepare and serve coffee/ tea

• Maintain cleanliness of the Front of House and Back of House at all times

An ideal candidate should be:

Duties and Responsibilities
● Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and business continuity plans, surfacing gaps and incidences timely
● Manage the performance and maintain adequate governance oversight of the activities at the outsourced contact centre. Ensure that there are monthly meetings with the vendor to discuss their performance and bridge the gaps identified by customers/branches
● Handle escalated feedback and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback and address operational challenges
● Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve and exceed organisation’s goals
● Establish individual and team goals and review team performance for continuous development
● Work actively with Service Culture to identify training gaps and update of information in the contact centre’s SOP to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience

● Compile and analyse data for management reporting
