Job Description

• Undertake design and study of civil infrastructure work of road work, Sewerage, permanent and temporary traffic, drainage and utilities
• Familiar with the latest authorities’ design codes, specifications and requirements as well as submission procedures
• Able to be the design lead communicating and liaise with client and authorities while managing the team members design deliverable of drawings and reports.
• Able to liaise and coordinates with other design discipline/departments as well as managing sub consultants in preparation of drawing and reports for submission
• Able to communicate with clients and approving agencies for purposes of obtaining design information, presenting design intent and options and expediting approvals
• Able to supervise the team and carry out independent review of submission documents

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) – from a University recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore
• 3-5 years design experience in civil infrastructure works or transportation planning
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent technical and project management skills
• Usage of Microstation or Autocad design drafting tools; experience in Bentley design tools and transport modelling software will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

· Attend day to day technical calls received from customer. Calls are received over email/phone

· Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for our CI and DI systems

· Need to verify and approve warranty claims after checking on the entitlement

• Ensure that support delivered to warranty products, contracted products & new products.

· To provide direct service (troubleshooting, installation, servicing, maintenance) to direct customer

· Technician need to support thru email/phone and by going onsite wherever required

• Build up regional expertise in all technical aspects (Internally and Partners and Customers)
• Enhance communication between Partners and ENTRUST
• As a technical Backup for channel partners in the region
• Enforce Problem escalation process & Service Quality Audit exercise to enhance/ensure service quality.
• Service Business development to secure Entrust products’ customer base and long term revenues stream. Contract renewals, part sales etc
• Enhance parts and supplies sales by providing technical support and quality feedback.

· Involved with the Desktop and Central Issuance systems installation and support.

· Deploy and support ENTRUST software solutions for Desktop card printing machines / high end centralized card personalization systems.

· Continually liaise with all internal stakeholders on hardware /software projects.

· Assist resellers on software installation and support as and when required.

· Keep abreast of new ENTRUST hardware/Software solutions in order to provide support, installation and related services

· Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.

· May need to report to a customer site every day as the need arises.

· The job requires frequent travelling.

· Or in case of onsite , will need to report at customer site

· Maintain regional spare parts inventory status for all inventory locations.

§ Including regular inventory audits.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintaining banking industry equipment’s with
• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences (mechanical electronics). Prior experience as a Service Engineer/Field Service Technician preferred. Exposure to hardware maintenance of electro mechanical equipment’s like ATM’s , Card personalization machine , large Laser Printers
• WINDOWS 10/11 operating system knowledge, Networking basics

· Computer skills and experience preferred in the automation environment

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Be willing to develop a high degree of product knowledge.

· Basic Software programming skills will be an added advantage

· Have the ability to work both independently on own initiative and as part of a team. Must exhibit a high degree of collaborative working.

Travel

• This position is expected to be onsite , travel may be around 30-40% of work time
• If consider for offsite, travel will be around 60-75% of time

Role and Responsibilities

• Meet & Greet client(s) on the first day of training

• To conduct facilities & safety briefing to client(s)

• To welcome client(s) in a friendly, highly respectful manner and to be the main point of contact for client(s) during their training

• Interacts with client(s) and answers all customer questions especially on course requirement

• Assist with client(s) CAE check-in processes to ensure collection of appropriate pa­perwork

• Security clearance submissions to stakeholder(s) for approval

• Long term pass application submission for internal customer(s)
• Working closely with the other departments (Training, Sales, Technical, Finance and Scheduling) to assist client(s) with any issues/ concerns
• Assist E-entry visa application for client(s)

• Issue Letter of Visa invitation and/or Letter of Business invitation for internal and external customer(s)

• Support on lodging and logistic for client(s)

• Pre-training package information to be sent prior to training

• Send calendar invite to client(s) for meeting(s) and/or other matter(s)

• Monitor and answer any inquiries about products, training and services received via phone, email and online

  Send survey email to client(s) daily and approach client(s) to share their feedback

• Notify instructor(s) and crew(s) of their planned simulator session(s)/classes/practical drill and all other relevant duties assigned in a timely manner including any last-minute change(s)
• Resolve scheduling and instructor qualification conflict(s)
• Ensure all event(s) are assigned to appropriate regulation(s) 
• Able and willing to perform the scheduling duties of any schedulers and to ensure planning is done within timeline
• Liaison between internal and external customer(s) for classroom booking request and instructor’s assignment
• Any simulator delay/Aircraft on ground, to notify the respective customer(s)
• Ensure crew name(s) are assigned to the training session(s)
• Responsible to review the journey log on the last day of the month
• Responsible to communicate with finance and airline planner(s) on month end closing matter(s)
• To ensure smooth daily operations of pilot training(s)
