• Applicants without relevant qualification must have minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a proactive, independent and highly adaptive individual to be part of our Global Engineering Expansion team.

The position requires one to be comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, have good project management, process and integration skills and mindset for continuous improvement.

Selected candidate will be required to work closely with different stakeholders (Vendors/equipment/technology/operations) to introduce new technology or processes and ensuring its' stability after implementation.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

SAFETY:

• Perform risk assessments to ensure all measures are taken to prevent injuries or accidents before commencing any work.
• Identify and report any hazard.

Project:

• Initiate and lead projects relating to cost reduction, efficiency/power, and reliability improvements.
• Work with stakeholders from cross functional teams to establish the project timeline, the execution plan and identify the resources required.
• Identify any risk pertaining to safety as well as any potential delay and provide alternative solutions to the issue.
• Ensure the timely completion of key milestones as well as delivery of key project indicators.
• Lead in resolving any quality issues and providing timely updates on the progress.
• Perform data analysis to identify opportunity for improvements or support any ongoing investigations

Benchmarking:

• Familiarize with current market news and trend
• Perform benchmarking studies to understand various vendor and competitor cell performances.

Research:

• Perform research on improvement ideas and carrying out experiments to test hypothesis.

• Degree in Materials / Chemical Engineering
• Knowledge in semiconductor/solar cell and module processes preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in process integration & development methods
• Knowledge in PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis,
• Strong technical analysis competency with the use of analytical tools like JMP, Mini-Tab for troubleshooting and datamining

Responsibilities:

Project Engineers organise, administer and execute the project activities:

· Coordinating activities – involve in meeting / liaising with MainCon, Owners & Consultants to arrange on site works with Personnel. Oversees the project/s and ensure smooth transition and completion.

· Planning & Scheduling of Resources and Manpower - ensure schedules and deadlines are met and materials required are properly arranged.

· Budgeting and Control – monitor and always ensure that Budget and Manpower are managed properly

· Control Documentation and Responsiveness – Prepare and submit all necessary documentations from the commencement to completion of projects to all relevant project stakeholders.

Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field

· Minimum 3 years’ working experience in M&E works or relevant construction industries

· Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS

· Has experience working in building construction

· Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work Excellent time management and teamwork skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to sell industrial air filtration equipment.

Identify and target potential customers through market research.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct on-site visits to assess filtration needs and provide solutions

To undertake preliminary design & technical review of systems proposed

Prepare accurate sales quotes and proposals.

To liaise with customers on delivery and installation.

To liaise with customers on after sales service & replacement parts.

To carry out marketing and lead generation.

Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Allowances

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:30

Requirements

Min Education Background: Polytechnic Diploma

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background preferred

Possess own transport (transport allowance provided)
