Job Responsibilities:

A. Sales Functions:

• To visit and provide Sales support to all after-market customers in Singapore territories, and West Malaysia if required

B. Service Functions:

• Commissioning of equipment, co-ordinations of installations of equipment, troubleshooting and technical support to customers and in-house executions.
• To write technical reports after service jobs are completed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering/ Technical Subjects, are preferred or equivalent.
• Salary will be commensurate based on experience and qualification
• Candidates with Sales Experience will be an advantage. Those without Sales Experience and with a good Sales attitude are to be considered.

• Prepare and provide service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
• Carry out service tasks, including in-house repairs and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
• Troubleshoot analyzer issues and offer solutions to customers in line with company’s standard procedures and safety guidelines.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service support.
• Collaborate with customers to address service-related concerns and provide technical solutions.
• Assist the project team with conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
• Identify new opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts and other service agreements.
• Provide product training and support to end users and distributors.

Job Scope :

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 emergency support, after-sales technical assistance, and maintenance services for distributors and customers.
• Conduct installation, commissioning, and on-site training as per project requirements.
• Prepare service reports, investigate product failures, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Handle warranty claims, assess damages, and ensure resolution of customer complaints.
• Develop and deliver training materials to enhance distributor and dealer troubleshooting capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel extensively across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset, and customer service focus.
• Knowledge of power generation products, electrical and control systems; experience with John Deere ECU, KDI ECU, or synchronization systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English to liaise with China and Taiwan customers.
