• Report directly to the Duty Manager, the Guest Service Agent is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the reception whilst on duty. 
• The Guest Service Agent is also to ensure that guests and visitors are made to feel comfortable and welcome “at home” on arriving and departing the Hotel.
• Responsible for the supervision of driveway and daily operation and to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.
• Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail, and messages).
• Identify the person to whom he/she is speaking, and the subject of the request, and direct the guest accordingly.
• Provide general information to customers and guests in a good and helpful manner.
• Identify ways of increasing the Hotel’s overall profitability within the section.
• Know how to explain the hotel and network pricing policy to guests.
• Know how to present the sales pitch for the various network products and hotel services.
• Systematically offer the hotel’s services to guests upon their arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mailbox survey submissions, feedback, and respondent requests within specified turnaround times.
• Maintain detailed and consistent case notes in the system after each interaction with respondents.
• Liaise with inter-department teams to ensure correct assignment of respondents to the appropriate parties.
• Follow up promptly on survey cases in pending status.
• Provide accurate daily reports on mailbox activities to relevant stakeholders.
• Act swiftly on all potential or actual complaints, ensuring resolution within stipulated timelines.

Requirements

• Singaporean with at least a Diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and handling email communications.
• Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

As the Customer Service Executive (CSE) for Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing our Singapore customers prompt and personalized service when handling their queries from multiple channels over a full range of consumer financial products and services. In performing your role, you are also expected to comply with the bank’s policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services
• Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution.
• Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
• Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners to improve customer experience
• Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels.
• Perform after- call administration work
• Use customer service and sales skills to optimise customer satisfaction of each customer contact
• Maximise opportunities to deepen customer relationship via upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Has a passion for customer service
• Able to work in a team
• Able to speak and write good English
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage (to support the Chinese speaking customers)
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Able to commit to 24/7 rotating shift work, must be comfortable to work some night shifts
• Will be required to work 5 days in a week, including weekends and public holidays
