• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress

• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)

• Basic math skills

Job Description:

• Executes all duties related to the front operations, such as registration, checking/verifying guests' particulars, updating of operations status, and etc.
• Cashiering duties including trial balance and shift closing
• Answering inquiries by guests (email/phone/at the counter) and rendering reasonable assistance/services within the expectations of keeping with excellent hospitality standards
• Maybe tasked to execute additional related duties as part of the effort to offer staff more holistic training, towards possible promotion
• Execute all reasonable work processes as instructed by the Company / its Managers from time to time towards the smooth management/operations
• Serving and delivering good service to the customers
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Maintain friendly and welcoming service to customers.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
• In charge of table preparation.
• Offer menu recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen.
• Serve food and beverage orders.
• Check cutlery and dishes for cleanliness and presentation.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Clear tables after customers finish dining.

Mon to Fri 8.30pm to 6pm

Customer Service is to manage the customer services activities within warehouse to meet customer needs.

• Communicate with team members and our customers via both email and phone calls

• Customer’s order and data processing on WMS (warehouse management system)

• Verify operational documents with billing summaries to be sent to customers

• Ensure that Customer Service operational documents properly

• Liaise with operation team members to arrange any inbound / outbound activities within a set time line

• Report irregularity encounter in the course of work to direct superior

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as Customer Service Officer in a warehouse environment handling incoming and outgoing shipments via sea/air freight and local transportations

• Basic knowledge / experiences on warehouse management system and documentation of order processing.

• Able to speak, read and write English upon directly communicating with customers or / and appointed vendors

• Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports

• Able to compile KPI reports periodically

• Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreements
