Position : Customer Financial Service Representative

Location : Stationed in the FedEx APAC Financial Service Center, Singapore.

Responsibilities :

• Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers
• Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
• Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
• Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
• Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection

Requirements :

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese language as candidate will be covering Japan market. (in order to liaise with the Japanese speaking associates)
• A team player with good customer service skills and results driven.

We’re searching for a Associate Engineer to be part of our CMP Equipment Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals

What you will be working on:

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis
• Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment
• Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects
• Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

More about you:

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Direct experience in CMP Equipment will be advantage
• Willing to work in 12-hours shift

We currently have a requirement for a Senior Civil & Structural Project Engineer to lead the site construction works in Singapore.

Your day to day role would involve the following activities:

• Undertaking a broad range of industrial type projects.
• Review design drawings and design reports
• Responsible for quality improvement
• Liaise with clients and authorities on technical matters
• Building relationships in partnership with clients and contractors and other members of design teams.

We would like to hear from candidates who have:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognised institution
• Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant engineering design work
• Conversant with latest design codes and local authority requirements
• Ability to work independently in the detailed design, specifications and calculations
• Relevant industrial project experience in Pharma/ Biotech/ GMP will be highly preferred

What you will be working on:

• Perform shift duties (12-hour shift) to support the running of Production in the module and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production
• Assist Engineers in the qualification and fine tuning of processes for production
• Trouble-shoot process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold
• Monitor and improve on the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
• Co-ordinate with Specialists to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects
• Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the module
• Work with QA on internal audit
• Create job-files for metrology tools for production set-up, and housekeeping of files
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
