WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Acquiring internships programme for various departments
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conducting employee’s onboarding and offboarding
• Administering of Leave and leave related compensation and auditing matters
• Maintaining employee files and records in Workday and paper form (if necessary) , supporting on Workday project on data collection and verification, etc.
• Supporting on training programme
• Supporting on HR letters, agreements preparation
• Managing company group medical and travel insurances related matters
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, organizing team building activities, and take care of employee’s welfare
• Administering of Employee’s recognition and award documents
• Conducting gift purchasing for various occasions and back-office logistics supporting work
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility
• Ensure communication with customers and clients with clear and relevant information

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for generating and sending all customer quotes.
• Assist Operation Manager with paperwork related to Orders from Customers.
• Handle customer enquiries via email/phone.
• Key in all the job requests into system.
• Coordinate/ Liaise closely with warehouse departments & external parties to ensure timely response/delivery.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ /’O’ Levels or ITE Certificate
