• Review of M&E system design with a view of future maintenance needs

• Develop and drive Company’s data strategy, including LOIs, data competency, and maintaining strong links with CIO Office

What you will be working on

As a Data Engineer within DSAD, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring the seamless flow and integrity of data across our organization. Your expertise in data pipeline management, automation, MLOps, data governance, and infrastructure architecture will contribute significantly to our mission of leveraging data to drive innovation and operational excellence.   Manage and optimize multi-stage data pipelines for various use cases, from data acquisition to consumption

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualifications in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, data management, information systems, information science, or a related quantitative field
• A minimum of six years of experience in data management disciplines, including data integration, modeling, optimization, and data quality
• At least three years of experience in cross-functional team collaboration and supporting data management/analytics initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively and collaboratively with both business and IT teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and earn the respect of stakeholders at all levels

Your responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize M&E designs and execute the project with the detailed designs.
• Manage and engage client/consultant/ contractors and local authorities to drive project execution, submission to authorities and overall on-site construction supervision.

What you will need:

· A recognized university degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services.

· Minimum 7 years’ of relevant experience in design and implementation of building services.

· Strong team-working, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build good working relationships with client and key stakeholders.

· Open to opportunities to be trained on a wide range of technical and management topics.

· Entry level will be considered for Engineer positions.

Supervision of works at site in accordance with the design

• Preparation and maintenance of daily report / record

• Check and conduct inspections on works performed by subcontractors / gangs

• Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager

• Handle all problems arising from the project

• Preparation of progress report for the Client / Consultants

• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Supervisor to keep the site safe and tidy

• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the Client / Consultants and completion of the necessary rectification works

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

· Manage green consultancy projects independently with minimal supervision.

· Prepare reports, presentations and project submissions.

· Search for materials, products, technical specification and cost.

· Conduct all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.

· Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

· Conducting physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement.

· Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.

REQUIREMENTS

· Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).

· Fluency in written and spoken English.

· Able to operate CAD software, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.

· Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

· Understanding of Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.

· At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Candidate with more experiences can be considered for senior position.
