Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Service Manager and Maintenance Sales Manager to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automatic door systems.
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure the continuous operation and reliability of automatic door systems.
• Develop and implement troubleshooting strategies to resolve system malfunctions efficiently.
• Proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements to system performance and durability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols during service and repair activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and offering technical support and guidance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support service contracts and provide technical expertise on maintenance agreements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
