Job Summary:

The SOC Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the monitoring, detection, and response to cybersecurity incidents. Requirements

• In depth understanding of Cyberkill Chain and Mitre Att&ck framework

Maintain and monitor complex clients’ systems:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for Samsung Online initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, IT, and logistics, to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

2. Reporting

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee project documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and status reports, to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

4. Collaboration and Communication

• Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project milestones and performance.

Key Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in Consulting, e-commerce or Consumer Electronics.
• Proven experience working within a PMO environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.
• Highly systematic and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
