Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. You will be responsible for the following:

1. Digital engagement with HSG CRM

· Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM
