Job Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from phone calls, emails, WA and walk in enquiries via the ISCA service counter (Covering lunch break)
• Support administration from the request from various channels such as:

2. Support registrations and access issues by participants

• Processing appeals (for certificates due to attendance issues)

1. Processing extension of e-learning

Job Requirement:

• At least a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration
• At least 1 year experience in customer services and support
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft office and Zoom platforms.

Business Management & Operations

The Business Management & Operations team plays a vital role to provide business management and transaction execution support to Real Estate Investment Professionals globally. What will you do as an Associate (Insurance) in the Real Estate Business Management & Operations team?

• Manage the renewal of the Global Insurance Program for GIC RE
• Track and ensure timely premium payment for the Global Insurance Program
• Coordinate and monitor progress of annual risk engineering surveys
• Assist and provide the investment teams with technical insurance advice
• Selectively review JV level insurance cover (as directed)
• Manage broker and insurer relationships for GIC RE
