We are seeking a highly skilled "Client Project Implementation Manager" to oversee the organization's client base and develop a Job portal for Foreign Manpower placements and initiatives within the organization and to the clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

- You will establish yourself as an advisor and ensure implementation of access and connectivity to the clients with organizations internal job portals.

- You will work as a Subject matter expert to represent the organization and acquire new clients from internal or external sources.

- You will coordinate with sales and business heads to develop and agree on targets (client, product, closure etc) for prospective clients.

- You will execute new business ideas that supports our client's strategy and targets and aligns with our internal job portal teams to provide the most relevant list of candidates online.

- You will leverage existing leads whilst continuously building a pipeline of new clients to further develop in new markets / client segments.

- You will develop and contribute towards regional strategy and sales initiatives

- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred.

- CEI (Basic) Certification is a MUST.

- Minimum 10years experience in Software development and implementation (like web portals) is preferred.

- Able to travel fequently to overseas like Malaysia, Bangladesh and India.

- Proven experience is required as a Project Implementation Manager in handling development of job portals.

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance by companies within the portfolio with applicable statutory/regulatory/ listing requirements, constitution and approved board/corporate governance policies.
• Provide corporate secretarial support and advisory services to companies within the portfolio, especially to the chairmen of the boards and board committees to enable a smooth functioning of board processes.
• Instruct team member/subordinate staff in the provision of services for routine and non-routine corporate secretarial matters, or in the absence of subordinate staff, handle directly the routine and non-routine corporate secretarial matters.
• Instruct team members/subordinate staff in the handling of corporate secretarial administrative matters, including the maintenance of up-to-date corporate registers and corporate database relating to the companies within the portfolio, and the collation and management of information (whether for precedent or research purposes) under assigned tasks

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant Manager with expertise in the construction industry to oversee our financial operations and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and management, with a deep understanding of construction accounting practices.

• Maintain books of accounts for all companies under the Group.
• Posting of all accounting entries related to income, expense, and journals as required.
• Oversee and maintain cash flow.
• Review the system for invoicing, tracking payments, and aging analysis of outstanding AP/AR.

• Maintain the ongoing reconciliation of bank and cash accounts, ensuring that the books are balanced.

Roles and responsibilities
