Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Service Department, focusing on business growth and profitability. KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

Strategic

● Act as the strategic support to the COO, in executing the day-to-day business operations, implementation of initiatives, brainstorming and achieving business goals.

● Lead on strategic planning & business development for Apex Retail which aims at driving incremental revenue, expense management and operational efficiencies.

● Explore and develop new business opportunities along with the COO, through conducting active market research and brainstorming with various stakeholders.

Business Development and Financial

Primary Purpose:

Functions as a senior technical specialist or in a lead role in mechanical design. Works independently and applies advanced engineering techniques and analyses for problems and methods.

Responsibilities:

• Concept, Functional, Preliminary and detailed design of mechanical process systems for water and wastewater treatment plants, including screening equipment, physical-chemical treatment plants, biological treatment plants, blower equipment, odour control plants, disinfection plants and sludge treatment plants
• Concept, Functional, Preliminary and detailed design of various pumping systems for water, wastewater and sludge treatment plants
• Concept, Functional, Preliminary and detailed design of ancillary systems including chemical feed systems, mechanical ventilation systems, and drainage systems
• Preparation of General Arrangement and equipment layout drawings
• Preparation of mechanical process equipment and pump specifications
• Mechanical equipment and pipe sizing and calculations
• Review and evaluation of vendor submissions
• Coordination with other disciplines e.g. civil, structural, electrical, building services, and instrumentation & control designers
• Lead meetings, discussions with clients, contractors and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• A Professional Engineer (PE) registered with Professional Engineers Board Singapore or Chartered Engineer
• Possess a university engineering degree (mechanical)
• Candidate shall have minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in the mechanical design of wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial)
• Able to work independently in producing the project deliverables to meet project timeline
• Leads and guide a team of engineers and carries out QA/QC work on their designs
• Proficient in written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and design of user-side product functions of the social media App, preferably in live streaming platform;
• Based on product user research and user feedback, combined with data analysis of relevant functions, continue to optimize and improve the product;
• Responsible for user-related indicators;
• Research effective marketing growth, user retention and conversion methods in the industry. Be able to think about the essence clue behind it, and apply it to product design & implementation;
• Follow up on the design, development, launch and other aspects of product requirements.

Requirements:
