• Provide safe custody, control and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department.
• Establish and maintain courteous and co-operative relationship with clients.
• Control project budget.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
• 5 years’ experience in the project management of smart building and ELV Systems and/or Mechanical & Electrical turnkey projects.
• Experience in leading a project management team.
• Certificate in Project Management Professional will be advantageous.
