This new 2nd Line of Defence Group Risk role will cover all aspects of Operational, Financial and Strategic risk, and have exposure to all areas of the Group.

The team in Data and Analytics (D&A), FTSE Russell, Risk Intelligence, Operations and Sales (SAM), within Group Risk, provides risk advice and oversight to the business, and supports the reporting and analysis of the risk profile.

Based in Singapore, the role sits within the Group Risk business coverage team and reports to the Head of Risk for Data & Analytics in London. What you'll be doing:

• Embedding the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across our APAC businesses and operations and driving consistency across 2LOD risk coverage.
• Maintaining oversight of risks across Data and Analytics (D&A), FTSE Russell, Risk Intelligence, Operations, and Sales (SAM) organisations in APAC.
• Supporting the Head of Risk for Operations and APAC by providing regional leadership capabilities to the Group Risk function across the APAC region; including facing-off to local management and support partners across the Group.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in enterprise, operational or non-financial risk management at a senior level.

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing directives for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives.
2. Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies programs for the company.
3. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.

5. Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. He/She plans, directs or coordinates quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. He/She also works to improve an organisation's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste. Roles and responsibilities
