Skillset Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Board-Level Support

• Act as a primary point of contact for board members and senior leadership

Executive Administrative Support

Stakeholder Management

Project Management

• Planning and execution of special projects, events and initiatives and monitoring timelines and deliverables for these.

Personal Assistance

• Provide personal support, including managing personal appointments and errands.
• Assist with personal travel, family arrangements, and other private commitments

Ad Hoc Support:

• Conduct research where necessary and be proactive in resolving challenges
• Provide flexible and reliable support outside of standard office hours when necessary, especially during critical periods, such as board meetings, industry events, or major corporate activities
• Assist other senior leaders in the organisation on an as-needed basis, ensuring alignment with board-level priorities

Our Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives or board members
• Experience in the banking industry or government sector is highly desirable
