Responsibilities

• Lead channels of operations - direct management of Operations Executive and Controllers, and overseeing the running of their channels.
• Oversee decision-making with response to exceptions and staff utilization.

• Support Operations Manager by providing analysis on productivity, growth planning, manpower utilization
• Work with planner for optimization of routes to improve productivity
• Communicate directly with customers to manage exceptions
• Ensure accurate reports are prepared from within clusters and presented to management in required timeframe.
• Manage discipline issues for staff clusters with the aim of controlling absenteeism and operations errors.
• Provide training for staff in clusters to facilitate ongoing excellence in delivery operations; ensuring required attendance at toolbox meetings, managing controllers’ messages to staff, and ensuring effective communication to all other staff from foreign countries
• Provide timely incident reports to Customer Service manager whenever necessary

Human Resources

• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
