· Attend to employees’ queries/requests, providing information/advice/assistance to all employees on human resource issues, rules and regulations.

· Handle inquiries from Operations relating to disciplinary issues, staff grievances, labour disputes, employee benefits, HR Policies & Procedures.

· Upkeep employees’ records such as employees’ personal file.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

· Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in Human Resource Management, preferably HR professional with strong HR operations background.

· F&B experience a must

· Experience in F&B payroll processing a must

. Familiar with WICA processing

· Knowledge in Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Practices.

· Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Self-starter, good sense of urgency and able to work under extreme pressure.

· Ability to cope with fast-paced working environment.

· Able to start in short notice, immediate availability preferred.

Job Description
* Proficient in social media channels like Facebook/ Instagram and Tiktok.
* Proven experience in social media content creation and basic video editing.
* Plans, creates and develops engaging social media content, schedules/ calendars and pipeline, working closely with creative team.
* Support the team in running the client’s integrated campaign (including above-the-line and below-the-line strategies, not limited to brainstorming new ideas for potential pitches)
* Undertake market research and accurate analysis of product / service’s information.
* Other administrative and marketing duties as assigned.
