Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP in all administrative matters across the full spectrum of HR functions
• Support onboarding and offboarding matters
• Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
• Handle reclass / financial matters
• First point of contact to provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and processes
• Work closely with other team on the search for talents and recruitment agencies for temporary hiring requests
• Responsible for new appointment/re- appointment/ renewals of staff contracts on a timely basis
• General admin matters
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of prior working HR experience (universities experience preferred though not compulsory)
• Able to interact with Senior Management and various stakeholders
• Resourceful and able to handle tight timelines
