- To direct control activities on site

- lead a group of workers by assigning them and duty/checking/supervising their work

- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)

- Ability to keep track of multiple projects in Singapore

- Able to prepare subcontract agreement for award subcontractor and supplies

- Requirements, Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS), Formwork supervisor, Core-trade Supervisor, Work-at-Heigh Supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

. Supervisor the work on site

· Coordinating with sub-contractors on site work and resolve site issues

· Report to project manager on project updates

· Planning and order material

· Prepare inspection form and inspect accordingly with RE/RTO

· Quality check and control for finished works

· Progress control on structure works

· Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time

· Plan and control site works

· Any other related duties assign by superior from time to time

· Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced

· Read, execute and maintenance site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team

· Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Good team player and problem solver.
• Excellent in communication skills.
