• Must possess BCSS certificate
• Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction background. Precast construction is also a plus
• 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing site supervisor
• Experience building data centers or other technically intensive facilities
• Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing and engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades
• Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer based tools
• Knowledge of Navisworks or any BIM software would be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English

• Marking and setting out (follow the drawing, floor plan etc)
• Coordinate with management/ quantity surveyor regarding progress claim (such as work done) & site supervisor.
• Planning and prepare the schedule, preparing estimates for time and material costs material procurement and manpower planning on site.
• Following inspection with RTO
• Bilingual is an advantage especially speaking of Japanese/ Korean/ Tamil/ Malay is a plus
• Willing to work overtime as job site might have any emergency that need you to support on site
• Must have high energy level to handle multiple projects and to do lots of site walks at contruction site
• Responive to message and answering call to handle site emergency issue
• Must be independent, fast learner

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate work plans and schedules in alignment with the master and detailed work program.
• Collaborate with Professional Engineers regarding temporary works.
• Engage with consultants (QPS) to address technical matters and synchronize site activities with subcontractors.
• Address technical and engineering challenges as they arise.
• Offer guidance to supervisors regarding construction tasks, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Maintain quality standards through regular site inspections and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare reports and method statements as required.
• Oversee personnel management, closely monitoring workers to ensure site safety and cleanliness.
• Supervise ongoing site activities with diligence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Resident Engineer with IES/BCA with valid certification in
• Experience in LTA Projects
• Open to 5.5 or 6 days
• Must have proven experience as a PE Assignee

• Ensure site work in accordance to requirements and schedule and adhere to the Clients’ QEHS management system.
• Ensure works are carry out safely at all times.
• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor project progress and report on project status to management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities and expenses
• Must have experience with PE, RA, SLD, SWP, PTW forms.
