Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding, probation review, performance review and offboarding.
• Guide business on workforce planning, participate on the annual people cost forecast, develop a sustainable plan to fulfil business objectives in short to long term.
• Guide managers in usage of performance review, salary review, bonus and promotion, ensure to be in line with the group’s methodologies.
• Review & enhance existing process & template such as people cost forecast, induction program, company policies.
• Partner with COE functions (e.g. Rewards, Shared Services…) to drive people related programs such as wellness enhancement and people system implementation.
• Work with manager to identify and develop a high performing team, set development plan such as coaching, mentoring, and training to retain the key talents.
• Partner with business stakeholders on all people matters, act as internal HR advisor to provide pragmatic HR solutions.
• Work with the leadership team to plan and implement employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Someone with at least 10 years of HR, preferably come with experience handling corporate functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, IT…).
• Someone who is a seasoned HRBP and strong on numerical skills. Experience on end-to-end employee life cycle management is highly preferred.
• Someone who has prior experience or knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and IR practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

1. To manage and track jewellery production to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our clients.

2. To receive and check production orders that are delivered to be accurate and of high quality.

3. Work closely with retail staff and managers to ensure accurate recording and processing of jewellery

4. To mantain and update accurately the inventory in the shop of both finished jewellery as well as gem stones

5. To formulate and implement processes and systems to support sales and production targets

Prefered Requirements

1. Operations experience in the jewellery / inventory / supply chain / retail / e-commerce is prefered

2. Be a good communicator to bring managment's strategies and ideas to fruition.

3. Highly organized with focus on execution and problem solving across multiple categories

4. Must be able to think critically and adapt nimbly in flexible environment

5. Strong leadership skills to deal with differing opinions, supervise and oversee targets, and motivate the team

6. Work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic arena.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and test various issues in ERP and CRM products.
• Handle basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks in ERP and CRM.
• Design, integrate, implement, modify, and coordinate the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Communicate with key departments to ensure application functionality meets evolving business needs.
• Improve IT policies and create best practice guides for the organization.
• Safeguard assets, information security, and control structures.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions, designing IT training programs and workshops for staff.
• Liaise with the U.S.-based Headquarters IT team to maintain common platforms and processes. Collaborate with the US development team to identify opportunities for system enhancements and customization aligned with business requirements.
• Provide support and assistance to end-users with any CRM inquiries or issues; extract and analyze reports to aid the decision-making process.
• Set up IT onboarding for new hires and IT exit clearance for resigned staff.
• Collaborate with third-party support partners to implement/update IT solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory administration, network administration, VMware administration, and Veeam backup administration.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems, including phone systems.
• Experience working in CRM and ERP systems is required, with experience in the rollout and support of Salesforce CRM and ERP systems being desirable. Knowledge of Supply Chain, including order entry, purchase, and inventory management with the ERP Epicor system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and query skills are desirable.

• Manage and mitigate the release risks
• Manage the DBS change management process for every release
• Constantly measure the project development and provide solutions for complex situations that impacts the progress
• Deliver stable solutions, enable production handover and ensure appropriate support and ownership in place for all delivery.
• Capacity planning for the ongoing new release and upcoming releases

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• Must have minimum 10 years’ experience working in project delivery of which 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering large complicated IT projects with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with Agile development methodologies. ScrumMaster experience preferred.
• Passion to learn new technologies and drive major transformation. • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
• Ability to be nimble, proactive, comfortable working with minimal specifications
• Self-starter and possess excellent problem solving skill
• Excellent team player and team builder
• Must have exceptional communication, organization, time and risk
management skills

Contract period - one year extendable contract

Working Mode: Mon and Tue WFH. Wed to Fri in the office.

Start Date: 1 February 2024

Job Scope:

• Validating employee claims in the Concur
• Validating, posting, reversal or rejection of payables in ERP systems
• Respond to external vendors and internal stakeholders’ queries regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process
• Month-end closing activities (eg, accruals, variance analysis, clearing of accounts)
• Any other ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of experience handling Accounts Payable and Month-end closing activities
• Familiar with SAP and Concur
