Key Responsibilities:

• Department Management:
  Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and optimal performance. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders to maintain consistent processes.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement improvements to processes and policies. Introduce new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leadership:
  Manage recruitment, training, and development of the operations team. Provide clear guidance and career development opportunities.
• Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to safety policies, regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Lead the team with strong governance.
• Strategic Planning:
  Set and achieve both short-term and long-term goals for operations. Assign responsibilities and manage timelines.
• Project Management:
  Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet performance standards.
• Reporting and Communication:
  Prepare reports, conduct team meetings, and represent the department in cross-department interactions.
• Training:
  Ensure all team members are trained according to SOPs. Manage hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of operations experience, preferably in construction or architectural engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Organising the company adminstration work;

* Responsible in setting work flow system of the company;

* Liasion with the foreign agent in relation to the recuriment of workers;

* Planning of lodging for all foreign staffs;

* Laision with all the statutory board in relations to the regulation for the requirements of all foreign workers;

* Arrange for workers dormitory;

* Reporting of workers residential address to MOM;

* Submitting of work pass application to MOM;

* Arranging for ON Board for WP workers;

* Booking of air tickets for repatriation of workers;

* Attend to MOM, ICA matter with regards to foreign workers;

* Lodge Police report when workers goes missing;

* Set up system to monitor worker's movement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning sales goals and implementing sales strategies to increase market share
• Assisting team members to build quality relationships with customers.
• Ensuring to follow up with potential customers.
• Generating reports and data for sales analysis.
• Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s products
• Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences
• Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance.
• Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to a team and support customers
• Ability to lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale
• Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services
• Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team
• Interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and people within the organization
• Extensive mentoring and leadership qualities to train and develop sales team members.
• Ability to lead by example and act with integrity.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer programming, information technology, or a similar field of study.
