As a chemist-cum-Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. conducting laboratory tests, including sample preparation and analysis using equipment;

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and work on site, ensuring effective implementation and timely completion of interior fit out project.
• Work with project manager to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of project.
• Plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors on site.
• Source and brief sub-contractors for costing and execution
• Liaise with clients/ consultants to discuss issues pertaining to projects on site

Job Summary:

Lead the Information Technology team to ensure efficient, secure, and legally compliant IT systems and support across the hotel, in alignment with COMO Hotels and Resorts' policies.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Implementation: Plan, implement, and manage the hotel’s IT systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure alignment with overall hotel objectives and COMO’s standards.
• Stakeholder Liaison & Systems Enhancement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their IT needs, evaluate existing systems, recommend enhancements, and provide regular progress reports.
