Purpose of the Role

The Solution Manager is responsible for the effectiveness of solution design in PSABDP contract logistics function globally. This is a full time role for a Assistant Warehouse Manager located in Penjuru. Our company is one of the food product suppliers and you will be involved in developing and optimizing warehouse operations by determining stock handling and storage needs, ensuring FIFO processes, managing equipment utilization, and overseeing logistics. It includes supervising daily activities such as quality assurance, inventory control, space and logistics management, and productivity optimization. 1. Lead and support QC team for daily QC activities by ensuring timely analysis, documentation, and review of RM/PM/FP/IPC/Stability and Process validation samples as per predefined standards.
2. Write and / or review controlled documentation related to laboratory operations or testing such as SOP's, analytical protocols, analysis reports, forms and validation documents.

EDUCATION:

Degree in science or related discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering).

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 8 years of quality control experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in managing team.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

1. Possess working knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, good verbal, and written communication skills.
3. Working knowledge of qualification, calibration and operation of laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, FTIR and Dissolution equipment.
4. Working knowledge of method development, validation, verification of analytical method.
5. Familiarity of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Director on project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Handle construction planning, scheduling, baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress according to the baseline program.
• Assist PD in preparing project reports (e.g., monthly reports, VO management, EOT assessments).
• Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters, providing technical and non-technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
• Support the Contracts Department with tenders, including drawings, method statements, proposals, and claims preparation.
