• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices, implementing innovative tactics to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

6. Sales and Conversion Focus

• Drive social media strategies aimed at increasing conversions, traffic, and sales.
• Develop and implement content that supports sales goals, including promotions, product launches, and special campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with broader sales initiatives.

7. Leadership and Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated social media campaigns.
• Work closely with the HR Operation & Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
• Collaborate with the beauty consultants to ensure consistent brand messaging and high service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, focusing on managing channels, driving conversions, and handling UGC content
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools
• Experience in creating engaging content and maintaining an active social media presence to increase engagement (e.g., more stories, interactive posts)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
