Duties of Social Media Marketing Manager:

• Identify and engage influencers (nano, micro, macro) and content creators to align with company goals and projects.
• Maintain and grow relationships with influencers through ongoing communication and outreach, expanding into new demographics.
• Strengthen partnerships with talent via mailings, gifting, and brand initiatives.
• Work with teams to exceed targets in revenue, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage influencer marketing budget and forecast, optimizing strategies based on business needs.
• Track and analyze the success of social media campaigns using KPIs.
• Develop and manage an influencer calendar for all social channels.
• Stay updated on trends in social media, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in handling social media platform, typically Fashion Retail Industry
• Possess a rich network of KOL/ Influencer for branding purpose

About KidSTART Department:

KidSTART provides upstream support to children from low-income families in the areas of early childhood development, health, and social support. As a KidSTART Practitioner, you will actively engage families and work closely with social / community partners and government agencies. Through home visits, you will support parents through delivery of a range of child development strategies, assess, and monitor their children’s health and development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support, guidance, knowledge, and skills to enhance parents’ capacity in nurturing child development through regular and consistent home visits.
• Possess sound assessment skills on the needs and risks of children / parents / caregivers to ascertain the intensity and customisation of intervention.
• Engage and cultivate a positive relationship with parents / caregivers to ensure that child development knowledge and skills are imparted effectively.
• Create and facilitate learning opportunities for parents in the areas of parent-child interaction, development-centred parenting, and family well-being.
• Motivate, assess, and enhance the parents’ ability to conduct, practice and incorporate the knowledge and skills in child development.
• Conduct screening and ongoing assessment of child development, maternal and family wellbeing.
• Collaborate and partner community and social service agencies (eg. FSCs, SSOs) to provide the necessary support for the families and their children, which includes regular case conferences and discussions.
• Commit to and participate in the evaluation and fidelity monitoring of service delivery through consistency in administrative work, provision of data and information on cases in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work.
• At least 1 year experience in social service, working with families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised and adaptable to changes.
• Passionate about working with children and families with an interest in early childhood development.

Work Hours/Timing: 9-6pm, Mon-Fri with occasional week nights and weekends

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Programme Coordinator

Working days : 5.5days

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning of annual calendar plan of activities for seniors and coordinating of the activities
• Assist in programme evaluation and telephone interviews/survey to gather feedback on the activities and programmes
• Manage queries and provide seniors with information and referral to services
• Monitor the supply and condition of equipment, activity materials and supplies and assist to procure items when needed
• Assist Programme Executive to manage programme budgets and resources
• Assist to maintain databases for programmes and activities
• Perform general administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate
• With relevant experience is an advantage
