1. Responsible for Transfer Agency Services, including the communication of dealing orders, contract notes and attending to queries from investors and fund managers

2. Manage the daily deliverables such as settlement, reconciliation, corporate action, dividend processing and other ad-hoc reporting

3. Maintain and prepare Registrar Reports for fund managers and issue monthly statements to shareholders

4. Calculate performance fees, process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and issue the related contract notes to investors

5. Perform due diligence on investors such as KYC, AML, name screening checks

6. Assist with FATCA/CRS reportingon the investors on behalf of the fund managers

7. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to details

8. Liaise with different teams and external vendors to provide reports and other investor related services to clients

9. Support new TA system build

Requirements

1. Degree holder with related Operations experience

2. Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment, and willing to work beyond working hours (if necessary)

3. Able to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with product owner, external customers, counterparties and internal BUs.

1. Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on Housing loan, car loan and auto loan on their services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

5. Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction

This role supports HR activities relating to training

1. Deliver solutions on training programs for business and/or support units alongside the HR Learning & Development (HR L&D) team across key markets.

2. Support the day to day training schedules and operations of training classes and preparation for various training activities.

3. Attend to training enquiries arising from employees, HR stakeholders and day-to-day Bank’s Academy operations.

4. Participate in process improvement projects to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of training administration as well as initiatives that involves Bank’s Learning Hub.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the z/OS Unix (Mainframe Access Management operations and Audits.

• Drive and operationalize to complete z/OS initiatives like MFA, STIG

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent. Major in IT security or related areas would be an added advantage.

- Partner with front office in GFM as a Business Manager to drive solutions, improve procedures/infrastructure for the Variable Capital Company (VCC) business and implement end to end systematically captured workflows. These include pre-trade compliance checks, order management, trading, investment operations, risk management/compliance/oversight, closed-book accounting, or performance measurement & attribution

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers/brokers for the setup and maintenance of trading accounts and with Fund Administrators and Custodians to

support fund events, asset transfers and month end reporting

- Initiate negotiations and management of external service contracts with vendors to ensure that service level agreements are being met along with instigate RFP’s and due diligence on new vendors/service providers are done periodically per contract end

- Provide secretariat support for VCC related committee meetings including preparation of presentation materials

- Review and work with business and support units to ensure VCC’s compliance with regulatory requirements, including maintenance of registers and records (i.e. for investors and VCC directors)
