NeoXam is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant who will be based in Singapore office. The role will work closely with the account management, the services team and collaborate with the product teams. With the experience and potential, he/she will join a team of experienced consultants and participate in the implementation and support of the solution, the configuration of new modules and features using:

• NeoXam DataHub: the most comprehensive, efficient and customizable solution for centralized data management available on the market. The solution acts as a hub, a central repository and a useroriented data management tool for data used or produced by financial institutions.
• NeoXam IBOR: a uniquely independent and flexible Investment Book of Record, designed to provide Asset Managers with a single, comprehensive, and robust source of continuously up-to-date positions, valuations and forecasts, with increased quality, under multiple views.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for high-impacting and challenging implementation projects, and acquire a global vision of the business processes at the world’s top financial firms
• Provide best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise, NeoXam DataHub software knowledge and industry experience
• Design, configure, implement NeoXam’s DataHub software solutions based on client requirements
• Identify and resolve any installation and implementation problems to the client’s satisfaction within established time frames
• Manage the overall design and configuration activity by ensuring the team follows configuration / scripting / design guidelines
• Analyze the clients’ needs, accompany and coach their teams and/or take charge of the product implementation, meet clients’ requests, manage the client relation and coordination of the project.
• Provide project management leadership under the responsibility of the Account Manager or Project Director
• Develop and conduct product training workshops for clients
• Provide presales consultancy by assisting the sales teams with presentations, Proof of Concept, implementation expertise, etc.

PROFILE

• Computer Science, Engineering or Business school, Master’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience with software implementation and IT Projects in the banking / financial industry within APAC region. Preferably those with a financial technology vendor or consulting company background.
• Capable of writing rules in scripting language like VBA
• Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language
• Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes
• Previous experience of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE and others
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives
• Previous project experience with involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle
• Independent, with own initiative and good interpersonal skills and are concerned about the quality of service provided

1. Open-source automation expertise in Java (Selenium), Python (Robot), and JavaScript/TypeScript (Playwright, WebdriverIO, Cypress).
2. Open-minded and willing to learn new languages and tools as needed.
3. At least 3 years of full-time automation experience, with minimal manual testing.
4. Advanced knowledge of automation framework design and implementation, including BDD (using Cucumber or similar) and TDD (using any unit testing framework).
5. Expertise in manual testing and a strong understanding of testing theories.
6. Current hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.

GenAI Solutions Architect is a technologist with deep domain-specific expertise, able to address advanced concepts and feature design. GenAI solution architects combine technical skills in artificial intelligence and machine learning with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the architecture design and implementation of GenAI.
• Design and deliver the Data & AI driven GenAI solutions (Baseline code packages).
• Solution design
• Work closely with our teams in understanding their needs and translating them to AI Data and Security solutions.
• Compare various LLM models and publish the outcome.
• Compare various GenAI cloud services and publish the results.
• Provide expertise as a technical resource to solve complex business issues that translate into use case into a solution design.
• Publish the design to integrate the GenAI solution in existing Applications workflow and data services.
• Analysis the New product features in Generative AI and prepare position paper Impact study .
• Working closely with business and technical teams to help enable new capabilities for Client to develop and deploy GenAI workloads on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Will have the technical depth and business experience to easily articulate the potential and challenges of GenAI models and applications to engineering teams and leadership teams.
• Requires deep familiarity across the stack – compute infrastructure, ML frameworks, orchestration layers, large models, and frameworks like Lang Chain for developing applications powered by GenAI models, MLOPs, and target use cases in the AWS.
• Guide the implementation team on technical aspects.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelors/Masters/ PhD in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or Economics related field of study.
• 8 - 10 years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 5+ years of experience training large models across compute types (e.g., GPUs, custom instances), and developing applications powered by GenAI models.
• Relevant training and/or certifications in AI or a related field.
• Deep hands-on understanding of deep learning and other ML algorithms and infrastructure.

Azure Solution Architect Expert (MUST HAVE)

1. At least ten (10) years’ experience in architecting IT projects of similar size;
2. Experiences in the technologies and products proposed in the tender;
3. Relevant certification in Microsoft Azure;

• To lead and manage cloudops in government agency and to design / review on cloud solutions
• Strong knowledge of new or latest technology, platform and practices, including Microsoft .NET technologies or equivalent, microservices architecture, cloud technology and software development best practices;

Job Title: PCB Assembler

Main Functions:

Requirements for Software Engineer (System):

(a) Responsibilities:

Working with a back-office development team, the candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the software solution for a high volume and performance-intensive back office of an Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system. The ideal candidate must have experience in software modernization, cloud computing, and database development, as well as a strong background in software development and programming languages.

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders;

• Design, develop and maintain of the software;

• Prepare and submit deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle, such as Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture Documents, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Code, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manual, and other documents as required by the Authority;

• Assist the Authority with day-to-day application support issues;

• Liaise with users on requirements, design, and testing issues.

b. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Computer Science, IT, or engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in software development;

• Gone through at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with experience in producing SDLC documentation;

• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and experience in the mentioned technologies are also welcome to apply;

• Experience in analyzing requirements, designing, developing, and delivering complex enterprise applications in Enterprise Java, web, and programming on UNIX Linux, and Windows environments;
