The PTO Lead Process Engineer leads new product introductions and the transfer of drug products to other facilities of moderate/high complexity independently and is a coach for his/her colleagues on the commercialization and manufacture of all drug products. We are now seeking Field Service Engineer to perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation. On a worldwide basis, our engineers represent the company while servicing, troubleshooting and supervising repair of NOV equipment. They shall be proficient to make necessary repairs and minor corrections to systems as required and provide a high level of customer service for product maintenance and in-field repair.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting and related service work on offshore drilling platforms, land rigs, Shipyard or in workshops.
• Liaise with rig’s management during offshore assignment.
• Communicate with respective Managers for briefing and debriefing of service-related activities.
• Fill in necessary job reports, ISO work instructions and checklists required for all work in a timely manner.
• Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, calibrated and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
