SUMMARY:

Responsible for the safe, reliable and cost effective maintenance and repair of the fleet and facilities by effectively planning and managing the workshop resources to maximise efficiency and productivity, in the process ensuring that scheduled work is completed on time and within budget, making due allowance for effectively dealing with the unscheduled work that arises during the course of daily operations. JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be involved in industry projects and use 3D printing technology and other post processes to build parts using polymer reinforced fiber composite materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Operate equipment to perform 3D printing and relevant post-processes (e.g. cam-based systems), mechanical charaterisation such as tensile, bending, compression tests and inspection (e.g., CMM) as part of the industry project.
