Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible, for ensuring the efficient delivery of technical support services to end-users. The role involves a combination of hands-on technical expertise, and effective communication skills at all levels including the customers management.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in a technical support role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Solid knowledge of desktop operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer BP Goal Achievement & Improvement of Market Coverage (80% of Time Spent)

• Complete in setting up dealer yearly business plan with supervisor
• Provide weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market condition

The L1 System Engineer is responsible for:
