The Modern Work Channel GBB team is responsible for strengthening our Microsoft channel with the introduction and commercialization of new Modern Work business opportunities.   As a Channel GBB you will build and develop the partner channel in a select market or with a set of select partners business.  You will be responsible for co-sell activities with these partners to the point of maturity and mainstreaming into our scale partner organizations (GPS).  You will also be responsible for developing new partner types as defined by the strategy and marketing teams for this workload.

As a Manager, Technical Solutions (Architect), you will be responsible for developing and managing technical solutions in Data Centre Engineering projects from inception to completion, developing pre-sales solutions by coordinating closely with the Commercial team and/or wider DC&N teams, and working with various investment stakeholders to assess feasibility of Pre-deals. • To be familiar with the design and construction of Data Centres, and working with knowledge of all technical disciplines, typical customer requirements and standard Basis of Design
• As the Architecture Specialist of DC&N Technical Solutions team, to be responsible for constant review and update to the Basis of Design, and develop Architecture Drawings, 3D models as needed for various Projects requirements.
• Execute the technical qualification, planning and development of technical solution for prospective deals as the Technical Solutions Head of Department shall direct. Manage and generate technical solution, project cost and planning structure for prospective deal engagements and investment approval.
• Provide project scheduling and construction process assessment for all technical solutions, pre-projects, pre-deals and pre-sales solution, and perform necessary organization and handover documentations to the Project team for delivery, and provide necessary support and follow up where required

With an expanding workload we are now searching for junior/ intermediate architects (resort architectural design) to join our studio.

This is a junior/intermediate level position requiring a minimum 2-5 years post­ graduation experience and preferably international exposure and/ or experience in a similar design studio working on resort projects of a high and recognizable architectural quality.

Your work portfolio shall demonstrate your own work, input and ability; an alignment with a clean-lines modernist, minimalist design aesthetic of Unscripted would be an advantage.

You shall show an understanding of, and ability in, the design and planning principles of resorts and hotels, planning efficiency and have an appreciation for commercial viability, and have an interest in the essence of the guest experience in the cross-over nature of this design specialism between architectural, hardscape and interior architectural space. You will be expected to collaborate, develop and execute design solutions within a team of professionals under the direction of project director, senior architect and partner overseeing the projects. You shall gain a thorough understanding of the studio's design philosophy and methodology, be able to provide input in developing the design, drawings, sketch-up and presentations.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include the followings:

· Responsible for the overall design of a project and mapping of client's business requirements to system/technical design.

· Ensure the system and deliverables are within the scope of the contractual requirements

· Work as a part of the team with the Project Manager to meet project targets

· Provide effort estimation and work execution plan for overall project

· Lead and mentor members of the project team; coach and provide hands-on advice

· Involve in trouble-shooting, optimizing and fine-tuning of the applications

· Produce relevant project design documents such as System Design Specification

· Create a positive team environment and coordinate work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion

· Assist in tender bidding / pre-sales activities wherever requires

· Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and build positive relationships with clients and partner to the company’s benefit.

Requirements:
You should possess the following qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Have at least 4 years of hands-on working experience as a solution architect working on government related projects
• Possesses skills to perform and organize tasks such as data migration, performance tunning, security scanning and fixing, etc.
• Have at least gone through 1 SDLC performing similar role
