Your new role :

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and processes, including injection molds.
• Analyze data to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement design improvements.
• Conduct simulations and analysis (e.g., moldflow, finite element).
• Create detailed designs, prototypes, and testing plans
• Interact with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Establish parameters for optimal manufacturing environments.
• Identify and resolve design flaws.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with injection mold design and development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Develop comprehensive tender and contract documentation, encompassing detailed bills of quantities
• Deliver in-depth cost analysis and modeling for tenders and projects, ensuring accuracy and precision
• Offer expert guidance on contractual disputes, procurement strategies, and cost optimization
• Conduct thorough post-project reviews, compiling detailed reports on outcomes and performance metrics
• Accurately assess completed work, preparing precise progress claims and monitoring project variations
• Perform comprehensive cost-benefit analyses for repair and maintenance initiatives
• Curate and submit specialized catalogues and sample boards as required
• Provide flexible support and expertise for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate, should have;

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field from a reputable university
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing residential and industrial projects
• Proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Familiarity with Singapore's health and safety regulations

• Proficient in utilizing software tools for accurate costing and budgeting
• Meticulous organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

A leading multinational investment bank is looking for a Trade Support Consultant.

What you will be doing

• Working with technology for implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements.
• Performing and enhancing daily control processes for regulatory reporting to local regulators.
• Timely and accurate trade capture and checkout.
• Resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties by liaising with trading, sales and relevant teams.
• Monitoring and processing trade lifecycle events.
• Supporting new business initiatives and strategic projects

The ideal candidate will possess

• University degree with 10-15 years of experience in an operations role with experience managing a team
• Experience in implementing new products, flows and strategic projects
• Experience with global investment bank, with trade support experience especially in Commodities or Fixed Income OTC.
• Strong team supervision and stakeholder management skills.
