Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, swing mechanics, and course management.
- Familiarity with TrackMan or similar launch monitor technology and the ability to utilize it effectively in coaching.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for teaching and coaching, with a genuine desire to help golfers improve their game.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Relevant coaching certifications and PGA affiliation are highly desirable.

Job Descriptions:

• Carry out instructional and course development duties in an approved Part-147 Maintenance Training Organization environment
• Compile questions for examination banks for which he/she is qualified.
• Undertake duties of other authorised appointments - Examiners, Assessors and Invigilators.
• Comply with regulatory (eg. Part-147, Part-66) and in-house procedural (MTOE, TTPM) requirements.
• Ensure that all equipment is in working condition prior to the start of class.
• Maintain proper conduct and discipline of the class.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Category B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence with minimum 5 years working experience in Line/ Base Maintenance
• Technical Training Instructor Authorisation with minimum 3 years’ experience in conducting CAAS/ EASA Basic Knowledge Modules training; Aircraft General Familiarisation training and/or Aircraft Type training is preferred
• Good working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
• Team-player who can also work independently with minimum supervisione. Good verbal and written communication skills

• Oversee and ensure efficiency of day to day operations of the store.

• Maintain awareness of market trends /monitor what competitors are doing.
• Handle queries, feedback and comments from customers.

• Manage all client meta-data as well as customer assets and inventory, including EPG integrity on clients, playlists, promotional voucher codes, subscription information, payment transaction reports, and user-reported requests for changes or trouble tickets.
• Manage operational project schedules, timelines, milestones, stakeholders and provide regular reports to management and relevant stakeholders on risks and dependencies
• Support anti-fraud and anti-piracy strategies and technologies including watermarking, fingerprinting, detection, and work with legal and broadcast teams for automation, piracy mitigation strategies, technology deployment and legal take-downs.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Customer Support system, e.g. Zendesk or other CRM & ticketing management systems.

• Conversant with another Southeast Asian language, e.g. Indonesia Bahasa or Thai.
• Experience with using video-streaming services on various platforms such as web browsers, mobile, and connected TV apps is an advantage.
• Able to work late nights, early mornings and/or weekends when required.
