Job Description:

• Responsible for serving food and beverage to guests.
• Check crockery and glassware to ensure that they are clean at all times.
• Greet guests courteously with a friendly smile.
• Set up table, clean the chairs and place them properly at the table.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify applications
• Update and maintain accuracy of records
• Respond to queries
• Prepare students’ registration package
• Process requests on new courses or changes in the system
• Process appeal cases

Job Requirements:

• Minimally A Level and above
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., MS Excel, MS Word
• Organized and able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Team player with good problem-solving and critical-thinking skill
